This review is long overdue, but Keith is truly, hands-down, amazing. We went into the ring buying process with little to no knowledge. Quotes we received from places were all over the place, and it was really hard to figure out who to trust. I stumbled across Keith's Instagram page and am so glad I did. I initially reached out just to gauge whether the other quotes we were receiving seemed fair. His son was quick to respond and then put us in touch with Keith, who provided guidance. At that point it only seemed logical to ask Keith himself what he had on hand and quotes. The stones he had were beautiful, and we decided to fly to New York to meet Keith in person. I "met" Keith via Instagram and followed him along with some other "influencers" for several months. Keith's approach to education around the purchase process ultimately led me to messaging him, and he responded promptly. We collaborated to find the right balance of diamond size and color without compromising on cut, clarity or symmetry to ultimately find the perfect stone for the ring that I wanted to have made. Having invested in an heirloom quality stone, I shared photos of the ring that I wanted to have it set in. I was a little nervous about this part, but the finished product turned out exactly like the photographs that I shared, and I have had so many compliments on my new ring.
